Waste Management System
We have established and operated a dedicated management organization to ensure proper waste disposal and reduction of waste generation. Guided by our waste management policy and standardized manuals, we rigorously implement related contracts and disposal procedures. In 2024, we conducted on-site monitoring visits at business locations with high waste generation, delivering training on waste disposal processes, relevant laws and regulations, internal policies, and consignment contract procedures to improve on-site comprehension and compliance. Furthermore, we actively promote adherence to the mandatory training requirements stipulated by the Wastes Control Act and continuously work to elevate awareness of waste management policies and processes across the company.

Advancing Waste Management Infrastructure
Given the nature of logistics centers, various types of waste are generated in mixed forms across the country, with different entities involved at each stage, from generation and collection to transportation and treatment. This complexity poses challenges in accurately measuring waste volumes. To address this, we introduced WAYBLE, a digital waste management system developed by SK ecoplant, at our business sites in 2024 to build a robust infrastructure and improve waste reduction efficiency. The system allows for real-time monitoring of waste generation, thereby mitigating risks of illegal disposal and regulatory non-compliance. In addition, by accurately identifying the types and volumes of waste generated at each site, we aim to enhance the recovery and commercialization of recyclable resources. Beyond digitalizing waste data management, we remain committed to identifying new opportunities for recycling, further advancing our efforts toward waste minimization and achieving zero-waste goals.
Waste Reduction Efforts
With the adoption of eco-friendly smart packaging, we have entered into business agreements to advance waste resource circulation. In addition, we continue to provide consulting services to support our customers' resource circulation business models, thereby helping to mitigate the environmental impact of waste.
In the construction sector, we have established specific targets for waste separation and installed dedicated separation facilities. We also implement comprehensive planning from the design stage to prevent rework, minimizing both resource consumption and waste generation at construction sites.
